Fritz Emmerich establishes the Mitteldeutsche Kettenfabrik MKF in Frankfurt am Main.

The company is renamed MKF Maschinen und Kettenfabrik producing chains and load handling equipment following hand-over to Johannes Emmerich.

Company taken over by Helmut Möschl.

Company head officers transferred to Billingshausen with a 600m² production and administrative area.

Company management handed over to Claus Möschl.

Continuous extension of production capacity up to a 3,400m² area for production, storage and administration
